Julian C. Hall is widely recognized for his strategic leadership and ability to guide aesthetic and wellness practices through complex growth phases. With a strong background in operational management and business development, Julian helps practices move beyond short-term fixes and build lasting structures that support scale. His expertise spans team leadership, workflow optimization, financial clarity, and multi-location expansion, allowing him to understand both the daily realities of practice management and the high-level decisions owners must make. Board-certified in Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology, he also directs Harvard SPIN. A Northwestern and MIT Sloan graduate, he has practiced in Boston since 2007 and serves as an advisor to leading corporations and healthcare companies.

A healthcare industry expert, he has worked on thousands of healthcare deals, ensuring strong legal compliance.

In partnership with Aesthetic Velocity and Ezer Health, Dr. Matarasso is the immediate Past President of the Plastic Surgery Foundation and a current ASPS/PSF Board of Directors member. He also served as President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the largest organization of board-certified plastic surgeons in the world, as well as past President of the Rhinoplasty Society, the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Board of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
