With a strong background in operations, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership, she plays a key role in building and nurturing high-value partnerships that strengthen Aesthetic Velocity’s national footprint. Tianne is known for her ability to align teams, streamline communication, and create long-term business relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and shared goals. Her strategic approach ensures that every partnership is thoughtfully structured, mutually beneficial, and designed to support the evolving needs of aesthetic practices. Tianne’s leadership continues to drive meaningful connections that fuel both innovation and sustainable growth.
Ashley Gossweiler built her career in the health and fitness industry, where she discovered her true passion for helping people achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves. Making a positive impact and building meaningful relationships has always been the most rewarding part of her work.
That passion carried her into the aesthetics and medical spa industry, where her current work in the pharmaceutical and aesthetic space keeps her closely connected to practice owners. She loves learning about their businesses and helping them uncover solutions that support long-term growth and success.
Amelia Orr, BSN, RN is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with over 5 years of experience and certifications spanning Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators, body contouring, lasers, microneedling, and medical grade skincare. She is passionate about providing thorough education on anatomy and facial aging to every client, collaborating with them to develop comprehensive treatment plans that deliver beautiful, natural looking results.
As Injector Trainer for Aesthetic Velocity, Amelia brings her combined love of education, art, medicine, and aesthetics to help injectors nationwide find their passion and elevate their craft.
