MJ has consulted with hundreds of medical spas and plastic surgery practices nationwide, has helped established practices double revenue from $3 million to $6 million, and opened 22 medical spas from thought to fruition, each achieving profitability within 90 days.
Known for her data-driven strategy and sales acumen, MJ translates KPIs, P&Ls, margin analysis, and operational performance into targeted strategies for profitable growth. She works alongside owners to implement change, strengthen team accountability, and develop sustainable revenue streams.

Tianne Hall serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, bringing extensive experience in relationship development, organizational collaboration, and growth-focused strategy. With a strong background in operations, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership, she plays a key role in building and nurturing high-value partnerships that strengthen Aesthetic Velocity’s national footprint. Tianne is known for her ability to align teams, streamline communication, and create long-term business relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and shared goals. Her strategic approach ensures that every partnership is thoughtfully structured, mutually beneficial, and designed to support the evolving needs of aesthetic practices. Tianne’s leadership continues to drive meaningful connections that fuel both innovation and sustainable growth.
Ashley Gossweiler built her career in the health and fitness industry, where she discovered her true passion for helping people achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves. Making a positive impact and building meaningful relationships has always been the most rewarding part of her work.
That passion carried her into the aesthetics and medical spa industry, where her current work in the pharmaceutical and aesthetic space keeps her closely connected to practice owners.
